    ERYVE is based in Atlanta, but we serve the entire state of Georgia.

  • What type of service do you perform?

    We are a public transit app unlike any other. ERYVE provides a substantial amount for a lot less hassle. We want our drivers' efforts to be valued, and clients to be satisfied with every arrival.

  • What payments are accepted?

    We allow the bosses to choose what payment they would like to accept at the end of the ride. Better yet we welcome all forms of payment. Cash, cash app, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, tap pay, debit, and credit cards.


  • what if I can't find the driver?

    Drivers and passengers are always on the same page. Once connected to your driver, the driver will give the passenger a call to confirm their important details and destination.

  • How to get ERYVE to help my business grow?

    We are interested in your business as long as it doesn't conflict with our safety procedures or is inappropriate. You can count on us. Each driver has the choice to become a boss after driving for ERYVE for 90 days. All small businesses can be added to the small business list. Bosses must join the membership program or drive for a year to receive advertising and promotional support.

  • Are there any additional fees?

    ERYVE is opposed to any and all additional fees.

  • How to cancel my ride?

    We understand that things happen unexpectedly. You can cancel your trip in two different ways. Make a quick call to your driver's cell phone to inform them that you want to cancel or go on the ERYVE Riders app.

  • Will anyone else be traveling in the vehicle I book?

    No, now there can be times when someone orders a ride in the same area as you, but every passenger gets their own driver gets a separate pickup.
